Here`s a striped version of amigurumi sock puppy posted previously. It`s an awesome toy to make if you want to use leftover materials. It uses 6 colors of yarn but you`ll need less than half of the skein of each.
No matter which colors you use or how many, what makes this puppy so special is the button nose and a huge smile. It`s one of the happiest toys I´ve ever created :)
The pattern of Stripy sock puppy is easy skill level and works up really fast. You only need to master single crochet and know how to change color.
The final size of the sock puppy is around 16 cm / 6.3 inches. I used yarn scraps of Babytoly 100% organic cotton with 2.5 mm crochet hook so my dog came out slightly smaller.

I find buttons get caught in my hair. I avoid them on toys, though if being pulled in for sculpting they can be good. Sincerely.
