With this post I will go back in time and talk about the Magic Trees created about three years ago.
Amigurumi can be something much more then making toys. In this style you can create lovely home decorations as well. Although I am devoted more on toys and dolls, I have tried some decorative elements too. For example the Magic Tree that was created as a gift for my brothers daughter about three years ago. The first tree I made for her was bigger. But it wasn`t stabile enough so I made it in a smaller version. It`s about 12 cm high.
In my thoughts it was a tree of wishes, hopes and dreams. I hope letting your dreams fly near this tree helps them to come true!
It`s crocheted in one piece and is so easy to make. You can use any colors and embellish it the way you like. I´ve decorated the green tree with spangles and beads, and the pink one with small plastic pearls. But I think buttons would be fun too!
This crochet tree is a great plant because it needs no care, suits both children and adults, men or women. It`s a great thing to make for a gift!
The pattern was published this week in Estonian magazine Nipiraamat, but in my shop it`s also available in English.
