Crochet roses on a funeral wreath

Recently I received a customer order from a lady who wanted to have a funeral wreath dedicated to her grandma who loved to crochet. Although for a sad reason, I was so happy to be part of this project because it sounded so unique.

In collaboration with a local flower shop Kalamaja Kaktus and a florist Triin Randviir, the most gorgeous funeral wreath was born. I knew it would turn out beautiful, but they totally managed to knock me off my feet.

It’s beautiful, it’s frosty and it’s memorable, just like the memory of the grandma it was made for.

I used this pattern for making the roses.
