Amigurumi panda

Here`s an amigurumi panda, finished back in January. I followed the bear pattern from my Amigurumi Cuties, only changed the color.

Instead of wool or cotton, I used blow yarn made of baby alpaca and merino wool with a little addition of polyamide (Drops Air).

The yarn wasn`t easy to work with. Partly because of it`s hairy texture, but more due to the dark color. I had forgotten how hard it is to work with black yarn!

But, the result is so super sweet and incredibly soft. I love it to bits!

Only later I discovered, that there`s a butterfly on the foot. Can you spot it?

The bear is in a sitting position.

Height: about 13 cm / 5.12 in

He`s not big, but he`s such a treasure!
