Amigurumi ox – Chinese New Year 2021

Here`s an amigurumi ox. First time in history I was inspired by the animal of the Chinese zodiac so much that I decided to start the new year with crocheting my own little ox. That`s how he turned out.

As the base, I used my Spotty the Cow pattern. And I used this technique for making the eyes with felt patches. I adore this cute guilty look in his eyes.

It was my first experience with Alize Alpaca Royal and I enjoyed it. Although it`s half acrylic, still felt nice against the skin. Lovely hairy texture! And the beautiful caramel color!
