I’m holding a crochet along, again! This means you have an opportunity to join me and a group of other crocheters for the next 3 months to work on the same project, at the same time. From March to May we will crochet 3 animals common to Nordic forests, right here where I live, and designed specifically for this event. Which animals, you ask? To keep it exciting, this is a secret you’ll only find out once you’ve completed them.
WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN
- Get early access to my next 3 premium patterns
- Join a community of other passionate crocheters – get access to a private lilleliis Facebook group where you can network with me and other crocheters that joined the CAL. Share your progress, ask questions, get support, find inspiration, and have fun!
- Get support from me – I`ll be around in our Facebook group as often as possible to help you with additional explanations, photos and video tutorials when necessary.

Why does this CAL last 3 months?
The course is spread over 3 month to leave enough time for the rest of your crafty projects. This way people who have a full-time job or children to take care of can also participate.
Which animals are we making?
To make things a little more exciting, I’ve decided to keep this a secret. However, the theme of this CAL is Safari, so feel free to make your guesses!
Can I participate if I´m a beginner in amigurumi?
No, sorry. This CAL is for an intermediate skill level amigurumi makers or for those who`ve made some easier projects and now want to develop their skills.
Can I join the CAL later?
The group will be closed on March 5, 2021. Unfortunately you cannot join later. But you can participate in some other CAL in the future.
Can I simply buy the patterns online?
Not at the moment, but all 3 amigurumi patterns will be added to my webshop after we`ve finished them during this course.
! Please note that when the registration period has ended (March 5, 2021) the product can no longer, in any condition, be cancelled or refunded.

WHO AM I
I am Mari-Liis – an amigurumi enthusiast of more than 10 years, and one of just a million Estonians living in the whole wide world. I’ve written 3 internationally published amigurumi books that have been translated into 5 languages (“Magical Amigurumi Toys”, “Cuddly Amigurumi Toys”, “Lovable Amigurumi Toys”), and I’ve created tens of original patterns and crochet tutorials that have been completed by tens of thousands of people. I’m on a mission to make the world a little more joyous through the power of amigurumi.
What people are saying about my Safari CAL 2020
“I had never even heard of a CAL before I received your invitation to join this one and, I have to admit, I was quite nervous to join. Unsure of my amigurumi skills in comparison to others and my total unfamiliarity with Facebook, it was quite a leap of faith on my part. But your personable way that you deal with us and kindness in general, made it very easy for me to feel like I fit right in. I had a wonderful time from the beginning right through the end.”
Debbie
“I am very entertained with this group project. It couldn’t have been at a better time … working from home, with the kids doing school at home, and the concerns about what happens to us around. I thank you for being on the other side, sharing this space … and Mari- Liis … that with your incredible designs I occupy my hands and quiet my mind. Thank you.”
