New freebie! Amigurumi panda

I have some freebie news! You will now find a new amigurumi panda bear free pattern in my freebies section. When I designed patterns for “Your Crochet and Knitting” magazine winter issue (it should be published quite soon), this is what was left of my creative process. I made this panda, but then got a “better” idea, so I thought I`d share this as a free pattern with you.
I love the funny shape of the panda. He is like a balloon. The pattern is great for beginners due to the head and body being made in one piece. You will only need to add ears, arms and legs, so 7 pieces to crochet in total.
His eyes are a little tricky, but to make sure nobody stucks with it I´ve created a tutorial of adding felt patches to safety eyes which you`ll find here.
