Laura painting the safety eyes

In august Laura from HappyAmigurumi came to bring me her hand painted safety eyes and had to finish them with the last coating of varnish. I found it interesting how she worked and quickly made some photos.

I love the beautiful shades she mixes together. These eyes really give something unique to my amigurumis. Laura`s hand painted eyes have inspired me a lot, they have given an opportunity to create distinguishable combinations of yarn, fabric and eyes. See some of the examples below.
