New teddy bear pattern

So, finally I wrote a pattern of this teddy bear. Yes, it`s finished and available in the shop.

It is a fantastic toy because whenever I make it, it makes me happy! That`s the power of the teddy bear :)

When preparing the pattern I made two teddies. It`s always interesting to find new color combinations, I will never get bored of it.

The most complicated thing about it was finding the right name for the pattern. Together with my sister we tried different names and chose Treasure. I believe a loved teddy bear is worth a treasure. It can play an important role in our childhood and be a friend for a life time. I have never had such a toy, but my sister has. And although she is 26 already, the teddy still has a special place in her heart.

I decided to dig a bit in the history too and found I´ve crocheted those bears since 2010. Here`s a gallery of 6 teddies made in the previous years. The first one is the actual first one. It was made on a customer order. I fell in love with the model, repeated and developed it during the following years. Have a look:
